We have seen that a small egg shaker is preferable to a smartphone!

He did.

And his face lit up with a smile. The body began to move. The gaze began to search for connections.

Informality.

We like to spread musical co-creation wherever we are, not just where we are explicitly called to do so.

With a child’s curiosity we observe what happens when we are not expected to make music: for example, when we are at our son’s football club dinner and no one expects to suddenly find themselves playing.

There is a little girl of about 5 years old with her eyes glued to the screen of her smartphone. She sits quietly and does not seem to want to let go of it.

But Francesco always has a few musical instruments in his backpack. A ukulele, some egg shakers and a flute.

He shakes a purple egg and puts it on the table. The little girl jumps. Surprised, she smiles: and there’s the miracle!
